In order to further strengthen the construction of the new teacher team in our hospital, to encourage new teachers to pay attention to the training of basic teaching skills, and to strive to improve the quality level of teaching, our hospital recently held the new teachers’ basic skills competition of 2020. 16 teachers from 13 clinical teaching research participated in this competition.
