At the meeting, Chen Shuangping, deputy director of the Quality Management Department, focused on the "Basic Specifications for Medical Record Writing" of the National Health commission, and combined with the common problems found in the daily medical record supervision of our hospital, taking the content and format required by the medical record writing specifications as the starting point, and gave a detailed explanation of the important links of inpatient medical record writing; Through rich cases and vivid language, the common problems and precautions in the writing of medical records are analyzed in an in-depth manner. The whole training is closely combined with clinical practice, the participants listen carefully, the learning atmosphere is strong, and the training achieves the expected results.
Through this medical record writing training activity, medical staff realized the importance of medical record writing standards and their own shortcomings in medical record writing, strengthened the legal awareness, quality awareness, responsibility awareness and service awareness of medical staff, and helped to improve the quality of medical records, implement the core medical system, and effectively ensure medical safety.
