The hospital successfully completed the first round of first-aid skills assessment of young doctors UpdateTime: 2022-07-01

From May 20 to June 29, the hospital successfully completed the first round of first-aid skills training and assessment of young doctors, and 350 young doctors under the age of 40 from the clinical medical technology department completed the assessment.

In order to further improve the quality of medical treatment, strengthen medical safety, strengthen the theoretical and operational ability training of young physicians, and strengthen the improvement of clinical emergency ability, in accordance with the hospital's annual medical work plan, the Medical Affairs Department organized experts to carry out practical training in first-aid operation skills in the practical training center from May 20 to May 27, and carried out first-aid operation skills assessment from June 27 to 29.

"In our country, on average, about 540,000 people die suddenly from cardiac arrest every year, and less than 1% of patients who have suffered cardiac arrest are saved. If effective CPR is performed within 4 minutes, the survival rate can be improved to more than 50%." Cardiopulmonary resuscitation and endotracheal intubation are the most basic clinical emergency operation skills, and are one of the skills that every medical staff must master. Through this training and assessment, young doctors were urged to further strengthen their grasp of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and tracheal intubation operation specifications and technical essentials, enhance the first aid operation ability and the comprehensive emergency response ability of the department, and lay a solid foundation for comprehensively ensuring patient safety.
