On May 6th, the Graduate Department of the Hospital (Housing and Training Office) and the Youth League Committee held the "Employment and Entrepreneurship Publicity for Master of Medicine Students" activity in the hospital. This lecture uses the Tencent conference platform, and the master's degree students of our college in 2019-2021 are watched online synchronously.
Li Xueling, director of the Clinical Teaching Office of the hospital and tutor of postgraduate students, was invited to give a lecture entitled "Career Guidance for Medical Graduate Students". Li Xueling's lecture first introduced the rights and obligations that college graduates should enjoy when they are employed, as well as the relevant laws and regulations on employment with medical students, analyzed in detail the main employment paths of medical graduates, and focused on how to effectively safeguard the employment rights and interests of college students and how to correctly sign employment agreements.
This activity actively publicized the school's employment and entrepreneurship policy, "cloud meeting" to narrow the distance between tutors and students, education and guidance of the majority of graduates to establish a correct concept of employment and career choice.
