In the field of medical scientific research, especially in clinical medical research involving human, the core content of scientific research methodology is called design, measurement, evaluation, as known as DME. The Clinical Research Evaluation Center draws on the methods of clinical epidemiology to carry out its work during which follows the principles of science and ethics in order to strengthen academic self-discipline and process management, and ensure the safety of results. The work contents include: (1) Participating in the research design of major TCM clinical research projects, carrying out scientific and rigorous research design in strict accordance with clinical research principles advocated by clinical epidemiology /DME, and minimizing the bias and error in the research process; (2) Training outstanding TCM clinical scientific research methodology talents by inviting famous scientific research methodology experts to give lectures, bringing in or going out, etc.; (3) Guiding the design and review of CRF form for clinical research projects; (4) Assisting in the allocation and hiding of randomized schemes for clinical studies; (5) Assisting clinical research, submit clinical research registration, etc.
