In order to further promote the goal of building a distinctive, high-level, research-oriented TCM hospital, the Clinical Research Data Center was approved to be established in May 2017. Relying on the scientific research department and information center of the hospital, the data center fully integrates the clinical data resources of the hospital, mining the scientific research value of the clinical data resources, and playing the huge role of clinical data in scientific research, academic inheritance, talent training and other aspects.
The main tasks of clinical research data center include: (1) Hospital clinical data management, including scientific research medical record template planning and scientific research data collection, processing and analysis; (2) Doing research on new data analysis methods, developing new data analysis methods and technologies according to the actual clinical needs; (3) Inheriting the academic experience of famous traditional Chinese medicine practitioners with independent intellectual property rights, which can be used for collection, processing and analysis of medical records of famous doctors; (4) Assisting graduate students in training, providing data analysis platform for graduate students to assist them to master the ability of clinical data analysis and mining.
