From September 17 to 18, he Li, director of the scientific research department and chief physician of Shanghai Children's Hospital, and Wang Mao, Secretary of the ethics committee of Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine, led the World Federation of Chinese medicine (CAP) working group, which was composed of two members. They conducted certification supervision and audit on the ethics review system of traditional Chinese medicine research in our hospital. Zhang Yongxian and Huang chuanbing, vice presidents of the hospital, members of the medical ethics committee of the hospital, heads of the financial department, the supervision office of the Discipline Inspection Commission and the scientific research department, and staff of the scientific research department attended the relevant work and meetings.
In the first meeting, Huang chuanbing delivered a welcome speech on behalf of the hospital and introduced the basic situation of the hospital and the construction of the ethical review system. Then, the expert group introduced the inspection process, interviewed the relevant personnel of our hospital's ethics review system, selected the project review files of the medical ethics committee, the project documents of drug clinical trial institutions, and scientific research projects, inquired and discussed the relevant issues carefully, and inspected the office and archives of the ethics Committee.
At the last meeting, he Li highly affirmed the achievements made in the construction of the ethical review system of our hospital. She believed that the ethical review system operated orderly, the ethical review procedures were standardized, the committee members had high review ability, and the documents and archives of the ethics office met the requirements. She also gave some guidance on some detailed problems existing in the work. Finally, on behalf of the hospital, Huang chuanbing expressed his gratitude for the hard work of the expert group, saying that our hospital will further strengthen the management of scientific research projects, implement the expert's suggestions, improve the relevant work, promote the healthy development of the hospital's ethical review system, and actively build a harmonious and orderly subject protection system.
