On August 7, the "Kunxian Cup" national young doctors' speech contest on rheumatism of traditional Chinese medicine was held in our hospital, which was sponsored by the rheumatism branch of Chinese society of traditional Chinese medicine, CO sponsored by the rheumatism Professional Committee of Anhui society of traditional Chinese medicine, and organized by the Institute of rheumatism of Anhui College of traditional Chinese medicine. Xu Jingfeng, Deputy Secretary General of Anhui society of traditional Chinese medicine, Professor Liu Jian, vice chairman of Rheumatology branch of Chinese society of traditional Chinese medicine, chairman of Rheumatology Professional Committee of Anhui society of traditional Chinese medicine, director of Rheumatology Research Institute of Anhui College of traditional Chinese medicine, and Deputy Secretary of hospital Party committee attended the meeting. A total of 35 participants, including directors of rheumatology department and competitors from eight medical institutions in Anhui Province, attended the meeting meeting. The meeting was presided over by Huang chuanbing, vice chairman of the rheumatology Professional Committee of Anhui Chinese Medicine Association.
In his speech, Xu Jingfeng fully affirmed the great significance and practical guiding role of the rheumatism branch of the Chinese Traditional Medicine Association in organizing the speech competition of TCM medical cases, which has a positive role in promoting the development of TCM rheumatism and talent training in China. He highly praised the role of the rheumatism Professional Committee of Anhui Province in promoting the medical treatment, education and scientific research of TCM rheumatism in our province , personnel training, academic exchanges and technology promotion. Xu Jingfeng wished the conference a complete success, and encouraged young doctors participating in the competition to lay a good theoretical foundation of traditional Chinese medicine, do a good job in clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine, standardize medical behavior, improve the level of diagnosis and treatment, and make contributions to the development of traditional Chinese medicine rheumatism in Anhui Province.
Liu Jian introduced the background, rules and significance of the competition. Thank you for coming to the hospital to support the competition. Liu Jian pointed out that the success of the conference can not be separated from the following aspects: first, Anhui society of traditional Chinese medicine and rheumatism branch attached great importance to the competition, all participating units fully supported the work of the competition, and the contestants had a correct attitude and full preparation; second, the speech medical records had obvious characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine, which reflected the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of rheumatism; third, the contestants had a solid foundation of traditional Chinese medicine and good clinical practice The standard of diagnosis and treatment has grasped the essence of "looking", "smelling", "asking" and "cutting" of traditional Chinese medicine; fourthly, there are successors in the cause of traditional Chinese medicine rheumatism in Anhui Province, and the prospect is full of hope. The speech medical case fully reflects the diagnosis and treatment concept of Anhui characteristics, and applies the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine in clinical practice.
In strict accordance with the rules of the competition, the 11 contestants made a comprehensive exposition from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis, clinical diagnosis, differential diagnosis, principle and prescription, syndrome differentiation and treatment, prescription and medication, monarch, Minister and assistant envoy, etc. The expert group fully affirmed the contestants' basic knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine, clinical diagnosis and treatment standards and rigorous attitude, and corrected the existing details. Through full discussion, the first, second and third prize winners were selected. Among them, Dr. Sun Yue of rheumatology department of our hospital won the first prize in the competition. The expert group unanimously recommended Sun Yue to participate in the national finals on behalf of Anhui Province.
At the meeting, Liu Jian made arrangements for the key work of Anhui rheumatology Professional Committee in the second half of 2018.
