Brief introduction:the superficial perianal abscess, the subcutaneous sectionof anal fistula and the external opening were explored by the body surfacehigh-frequency ultrasound.The deep perianal abscess or the deep section of analfistula, the internal opening and relationship with anal sphincter wereexplored by transrectal double-plane ultrasound, and the anal fistula andcomplex anal fistula were accurately evaluated by internal and externalcombination.
Scope of application: perianal abscess, anal fistula, rectovaginal
Features and advantages: (1)Accurate positioning of th internal opening of analfistula and determination of the relationship between lesions and analsphincter muscle, to provide a basis for the development of clinical surgeryplan, which is conducive to the thorough treatment of perianal inflammatorylesions and protection of anal canal function (2)safe without radiation andrepeatable.
