Briefintroduction: A microwave needle is accurately implanted intothe tumor under ultrasound guidance, the microwave is turned on, and the heatenergy is used to inactivate the lesion in situ. The effect is comparable tothat of surgery.
Scopeof application: 1. Liver cancer: ①Number of cancer foci ≤3, ofwhich the largest diameter ≤75px; ②Single cancer foci ≤125px in diameter;③Child-Pugh grade A or partial B liver function, no extrahepatic metastasis. 2.Kidney cancer: ①The maximum diameter of a single cancer lesion is less than100px; ②One kidney has been removed, and there is cancer metastasis or newcancer in the contralateral kidney; ③Those who refuse surgery or cannottolerate surgery. 3. Tumors of other organs and locations such as: peripherallung cancer, retroperitoneal tumors of the abdominal wall, abdominal and pelvictumors, uterine fibroids, etc., as long as the ultrasound can clearly show thelesions, tumor ablation can be performed after evaluation.
Featuresand advantages: ① Minimally invasive, one needle solves theproblem and quick recovery after surgery; ② Good curative effect, some tumorscan be cured; ③ Safe and effective, protecting organ functions such as liverfunction, kidney function, lung function, etc., with fewer complications .
