1. The unit requiring for the physicalexamination and the health management center jointly negotiate and determinethe time, the number of people, physical examination items, and physicalexamination requirements;
2. The unit shall submit the name, age (orID number), gender, marriage status and other information of the medicalexamination personnel to the health management center in the form of electronicfiles 3-5 days in advance. (Email of the medical examination center:tj2850011@126.com, WeChat account: 18133631522). The health management center willprint the physical examination barcode of the medical examiner in advance.
3. At the appointed time, the examinee firstreceives the physical examination barcode, and then completes the examinationitems according to the staff's guidance (the examination order in the fastingstate is in no particular order, ultrasound examination and ECG examination arearranged in the order system). After all items are checked, breakfast isprovided with coupons (Chinese medicated meals can be provided free of chargeaccording to the unit's requirements).
4. The unit will uniformly receive themedical examination report according to the agreed time. During the period, theinspected unit or individual will be notified as soon as possible once thecritical value and sensitive value indicators are found to be abnormal.
5. An analysis report of the overall healthstatus of the unit can be provided according to the requirements of the unit. Acollective report interpretation can be provided on-site according to therequirements of the unit, and services such as green medical treatment channelsand personalized TCM post-examination interventions can be provided forsubjects who need further medical treatment.
Individual examination process:
Registering at service hall (individuals whohave made an appointment online or on WeChat, please go to the appointmentservice window of the service hall to inquire about printing the examinationbarcode)--Paying at the charging window--Printing the physical examinationbarcode-Completing each inspection separately (guided by stuff or firstcompleting the items that requirefasting examinations, such as blood sampling)-- Receiving the physicalexamination report at the service desk or online (depending on the content ofthe examination, the completion time of the report may vary slightly, generallywithin 3-5 working days)—Having report interpretated -- formulatingpost-examination intervention and guidance plans.
Driver's physical examination process(annual examination or renewal):
Service hall registration andbilling-payment at the toll office-printing bar code for physical examinationat the service desk-completing surgical, ophthalmology, and ENTexaminations-electronic imaging, and obtaining the physical conditioncertification form of the motor vehicle driver.
Precautions for health examination
1. Diet and physical examination time
Eat and drink normally three days before thetest. Do not drink alcohol. Avoid greasy food the night before the test, and don’tdrink water after ten o'clock in the evening;
Physical examination time: The subjectshould bring the ID card to the service counter of the health management centerto complete the relevant procedures at the agreed time.
2. Precautions for female subjects
Do not wear pantyhose or dress on the day ofthe physical examination;
For those who are pregnant and preparing forpregnancy, please inform the medical staff in advance on do not doing theradiographic X-ray (chest film, CT bone density, etc.) examination;
During menstruation, please temporarily stopurinary routine and gynecological examinations, and wait for three days aftermenstruation ends;
For B-ultrasound examinations of uterineappendages, the urine should be kept until the bladder is fully filled beforethe examination (it is best not to urinate in the morning). There is no need tohold back urine for vaginal color Doppler ultrasound.
3. Other issues
Patients with chronic diseases such asdiabetes, hypertension, heart disease, asthma, etc., need to carry themedicines they usually take for later use, and it is recommended not to stopthe medicine on the day of the examination;
There is no order for the physicalexamination items in the case of fasting. Please follow the on-sitecoordination of the staff of the physical examination center to complete thephysical examination smoothly and in time. Food and medication should be takenafter blood sampling and abdominal ultrasound examination;
Please wear loose clothing on the day ofinspection, do not bring valuables, and do not wear metal jewelry;
Due to the differences in health check-upitems, no abnormality found in one health check-up does not mean that there isno underlying disease at all. If symptoms of disease occur, one should seekmedical attention in time.
