On November 15, the hospital medical tour work summary meeting was held in Lixin County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. In the past three weeks, the touring medical team has gone deep into the grassroots, done solid work and achieved fruitful results. A total of 17 lectures were held to teach advanced medical technology and knowledge to grassroots medical staff, effectively improving their professional quality. At the same time, the medical team in the outpatient clinic cooperated with Lixin County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine to organize five free clinic activities in the countryside, benefiting more than 700 people and bringing them health and warmth. A total of 26 teaching ward rounds were carried out. 14 surgeries were guided and 15 difficult cases were discussed which provided strong technical support for primary medical institutions. In addition, the experts in the tour medicial team also put forward valuable suggestions on department management, specialty construction, scientific research and optimization of diagnosis and treatment of common diseases. Their guidance not only broadened the vision of the grassroots medical staff, but also pointed out the direction for the sustainable development of the department and the improvement of the overall medical level of the hospital.
