On April 19, the hospital successfully held the final of the 2023 Nursing Quality Improvement Project.
A total of 56 nursing quality improvement projects participated in the preliminary evaluation, and the final 24 projects entered the final. Based on the clinical nursing work, each department vividly showed the process and method of the continuous improvement of nursing quality, and shared the experience and results of the improvement of nursing quality. After the fierce competition, the final 12 projects won the prize.
At the end of the competition, the judges experts fully affirmed the various departments in the aspect of nursing quality improvement achievements and report, the shortcomings of the report in the professional guidance, and encouraged everyone to make persistent efforts, with clinical problems as the breakthrough point, to solve the clinical practical problems for the purpose, in order to improve the quality of nursing service as the goal, using good quality management tools to service for patients.
