In accordance with the standardized training requirements of the National Health Commission for new nurses, in order to help new nurses adapt to the clinical needs of traditional Chinese medicine faster and better, and improve their job competence, the Nursing Department has recently conducted a series of " Western Learning Chinese medicine" training for two batches of 24 new nurses in the North District.
The training invited TCM medical and nursing experts in the hospital to give on-site lectures, including the basic theory of TCM, the basis of TCM nursing, TCM clinical nursing technology and its application, etc. The using of video, examples, training combined with clinical case of teaching forms such as deduction demonstrate the obscure knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine in plain language and rich form and content.
