On December 7th, the hospital held a regular meeting of the medical quality Management Committee and a special meeting on the application of traditional Chinese medicine. Yang Wenming, chairman and president of the hospital medical quality Management Committee, attended the meeting. Heads of quality management department, medical department, personnel department, pharmacy department and some clinical departments attended the meeting.
Yang Wenming pointed out some requirements. The first one is to recognize the situation and find the gap. Although in recent years, hospitals have made great progress in the application of TCM characteristics, but there is still a gap compared with the top TCM hospitals in China. All departments need to take precise measures to jointly improve the awareness and ability of TCM service. Secondly, we must break through the routine in order to achieve reformion and innovation. Thirdly, we need to strengthen the power of policy guidance and publicity through various ways, and enhance the popularity and influence of TCM characteristic activities such as "winter disease treatment and summer", "winter disease treatment" and "ointment Festival". Fourthly, we should strengthen management and data empowerment. All functional departments should closely connect with clinical departments, and improve the fine management level and awareness of the departments through accurate analysis of business data, policy interpretation and other ways.
