In order to further improve nursing services and to continue to improve patients' medical experience, and promote the high-quality development of nursing work, on the afternoon of July 13, the Nursing Department held a special training on nursing management in 2023- the "Action Plan to Further Improve Nursing Services (2023-2025)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Plan") kickoff meeting. Li Ming, deputy dean, Xu Shengwen, Director of the Medical Department, Guan Yuxiang, director of the Nursing Department, deputy director of the nursing Department attended the meeting.
At the end of the meeting, Guan Yuxiang deployed the next step of work, required each ward to develop the next three years of the ward "plan" and set up accounts, and said that it would carry out a "nursing service action improvement evaluation" activity in the whole hospital to explore advanced practices and typical experience. Through this meeting, we have more clearly defined the focus and direction of future nursing services. The nursing team of our hospital will adhere to the concept of "patient-centered" under the deployment of hospital work, constantly strengthen clinical basic nursing, continue to broaden the connotation of nursing services, and increasingly innovate nursing service models, so as to truly achieve nursing services covering the whole life cycle of the whole population.
