On June 28, the hospital held the first "Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Case skills Competition". Before the competition, the head nurse organized preliminary competition first, and finally 16 clinical teachers were selected for the final. The final will take the form of a case study site (OSCE assessment, 4 sites) with standardized patients (SP). The judging team of the final is composed of the director of Nursing Department, the head nurse of the Department and nursing backbone.
Through this competition, the purpose of "promoting learning through competition, improving skills through competition, and creating excellence through competition" has been achieved, which has improved the traditional Chinese medicine thinking, observation and quality service ability of the teachers, and also clarified their shortcomings and improvement direction.
