Recently, the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine announced the list of high-level key disciplines of traditional Chinese medicine construction projects, the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine clinical, traditional Chinese geriatrics and traditional Chinese arthralgia of our hospital were selected.
With a five-year construction cycle, the high-level Chinese Medicine Key Discipline Project aims to train high-level Chinese medicine discipline leaders and discipline teams, to build a high-level Chinese medicine scientific research platform, to build a high-level Chinese medicine key discipline system, to form a number of landmark achievements, and to provide academic guidance and talent support for the inheritance and innovation of Chinese medicine.
In the next step, the hospital will take the construction of high-level key disciplines of traditional Chinese medicine as an opportunity to further refine the direction of discipline development, strengthen top-level design, optimize discipline layout, increase investment in discipline construction, strive to improve discipline talent training, scientific and technological innovation and the ability to serve economic and social development, and promote the high-quality development of hospital discipline construction. It provides strong support for the construction of a characteristic and high-level research-oriented modern TCM hospital.
