In order to comprehensively improve nursing quality and promote continuous scientific management of nursing quality, the Nursing Department of our hospital held the "Nursing Quality Improvement Project" evaluation on the afternoon of February 28. The director of the nursing department, the head nurse of the department served as the judge, and the head nurse of each ward and the backbone of nursing participated in the evaluation.
It is reported that a total of 54 projects from the clinic wards participated in the evaluation. After the preliminary review, the final 18 projects were shortlisted to participate in the report. Through video playback, PPT display and other forms, each ward vividly displays the project results, clinical nursing improvement work effectiveness, new methods, new technologies and new knowledge for nursing quality improvement, which truly presents the process of continuous improvement of nursing quality.
Director of the nursing department said that the results report provides a good learning and communication platform for everyone. In the future, we need to constantly sum up experience, start from the clinical reality, learn from each other to improve the results, provide patients with safe and high-quality nursing services, and continue to promote the development of high-quality nursing.
