The Compilation Meeting of the Planning Textbook UpdateTime: 2022-12-02

The National Health Commission recently held a conference on the compilation of the textbook "Neurolocalization Diagnostics" for the 14th Five-Year Plan in Hefei. Due to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, it will be held online. Writing experts from Anhui University of Chinese Medicine, Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, Tianjin University of Chinese Medicine, Capital Medical University, Harbin Medical University and other well-known medical colleges and universities attended the meeting. Professor Yang Wenming, editor-in-chief of the textbook and president of the hospital, presided over the online meeting.

At the meeting, Li Jianguang, editor of People's Medical Publishing House, the textbook publishing house, emphasized that textbooks are an important medium for students to learn knowledge. People's Medical Publishing House has always attached great importance to the construction of textbooks and always put the quality of textbook writing in the first place. Through strict selection in the early stage, the publishing house selected more than ten authoritative experts from the field of the country to co-write. It is hoped that the textbook will continue to adhere to the moral first, scientifically and reasonably design ideological and political education content, organically integrate traditional Chinese medicine cultural elements, reflect inheritance, highlight characteristics, advance with The Times, integrate paper number, create high-quality products and set standards.

Professor Yang Wenming stressed at the meeting that neuroscience has different characteristics from other disciplines. The complexity of diseases, the diversity of symptoms, and the severity of clinical manifestations all put forward higher requirements for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Neurolocalization diagnosis ability is the basic skill of neurophysicians, but also an important part of clinical thinking in neurology, which plays a very important role in clinical diagnosis and treatment. As a bridge course between clinical medicine and basic medicine, neurolocalization diagnosis needs to integrate the knowledge of neuroanatomy, neurophysiology, diagnosis and other disciplines. At the same time, the outline and ideas of the compilation of this textbook are introduced in detail, as well as the related requirements of the compilation work, and the schedule and time node of the compilation work are also arranged uniformly. With a high sense of political responsibility and professional honor, editorial board members attending the meeting held heated discussions on some key issues in the compilation of textbooks, fully expressed their opinions and suggestions. On this basis, they pooled their wisdom and reached consensus to ensure the completion of the compilation of textbooks on time and with high quality.
